We advise all rental clients to obtain holiday insurance to cover all eventualities.
Minimum stay 1 week, from Sat. to Sat. except low season
All apartments must be vacated by 11 noon on the day of departure.
Arrivals, if earlier pm, may have to wait for the apartment to be cleaned and prepared until 3-4 pm.
Prices include welcome food pack, (see below) and twice weekly change of sheets and towels during high season.
A 25% non-returnable reservation deposit is required in advance by bank transfer, balance to be paid in full 4 weeks before arrival or in CASH on arrival.
We regret that we do not accept check or credit cards.
Extra beds, cots, high chairs, rental cars etc., can be hired by advance booking to suit your needs.
Welcome food pack comprises : Milk, eggs, butter, sugar, tea, coffee, orange juice, bread and a bottle of water.
