Our apartment is situated direct on the beach in a small apartment block called Gaudi. It has a beatiful sea view including North Africa and Gilbraltar.
The apartment is surrounded by gardens and you just take a few steps down to the beach. There is no disturbing noise from restaurants, pools or traffic.
You are sheltered from other people. This gives a peaceful location. Still it is just a short walk to the beachrestaurant and pools.
You access the apartment from the groundlevel. You just parc the car outside and walk a few meters. The apartment is 122 sq. m + a sheltered terrace.
It consists of two bedrooms each with it´s own bathroom. There is also a seperate WC. The living room includes a dining area and is equipped with
CD-stereo and television. The kitchen is well equiped and include dishwasher, washmachine and dryer. The apartment is fully furnished for 4-5 people.
A large terrace is in front of the apartment, on which you can easily seat 10 persons at a dinner table. The sheltered terrace gives coolness.
When you want to sit in the sun, just roll your sunbed out in grass and enjoy the unique weather in Costa del Sol.
In the our area there is a beachrestaurant. In a few minutes walk you find several other restaurants and a shopingcenter.
High Standard
The apartment is luxuriously equipped to the highest standard. Large terraces. Well equipped kitchen (including microwave, oven, dishwasher,
fridge-freezer, washing machine, dryer etc), Cable-TV with about 30 channels, including 3 film channels, Sport, BBC 1 and 2 and
Nordic TV channels, stereo and video.
Air Condition/Heating is standard. All floors are exquisitely marquetried in marble.
High Security
Security is 24 hours, so you can feel safe and it also prevents burglary and car theft. A 24 hr. manned reception and barriers guarantee that no unwanted cars will get into the area.
Leisure Days!
When renting the apartment, bed linen is included and is changed twice a week. The same goes for all the towels. When you leave the apartment we ask you to tidy up. The apartment will be cleaned by a professional team for the next rental. This is so you will know that everything is in perfect condition when you rent the apartment. In the refrigerator, you will find a welcome package including milk, eggs, butter, sugar, tea, Nescafe, orange juice, bread and a bottle of water.
Lovely garden
The area is considered to have one of the loveliest gardens of Costa del Sol and has won prizes for its choice of plants and maintenance of the garden.
The fountains have been inspired by the Alhambra palace.
Private Swimming pools
There are two large swimming pools - one is heated - with sun beds. One is situated on the beach with a special section for small children. There is a life guard at the premises summertime. Here you can also find a jacuzzi and a small restaurant with a bar next to beach and swimming pools. The other pool is situated in a sheltered area of the garden. The pools are only for the development. The beach is public - as in all Spain - and is groomed most mornings.
